Secure Delivery Process Through Security Code and Package Image Verification

1Answer

At UrSpayce, we take security seriously, and our Delivery application is designed to ensure that packages are picked up only by the intended recipient. We achieve this through a secure delivery process that utilises security codes and package image verification.

When a package is delivered to the workplace, the recipient is notified through our application and provided with a unique security code. This code is required to pick up the package, ensuring only the intended recipient can access it.

Additionally, our Delivery application captures an image of the package at the time of adding the delivery record when the delivery company delivers a package to a workplace. This image is used to verify that the package has not been tampered with or damaged when received at a workplace. The intended recipient of the package is notified with the necessary information so that they can collect it from the designated Delivery Area at the workplace.

We ensure that our customers can maintain a secure and compliant delivery process by utilising these security measures. Our Delivery application is also SOC2 compliant, which means we adhere to strict security and privacy standards to protect against unauthorised access, data breaches, and other security risks.
