At your workspace, you can have an instantly ready visitor set up by adding their purpose of visit, adding all your visitor’s basic details at visitor sign-in flow, generating a QR, and then adding a Sign-out option.
To set up your UrSpayce visitor application, you have to follow five steps –
Step 1: Login and enter your workspace. Select ‘Visitor’ from the left-hand bar.
Step 2: Click on ‘Visitor Sign-in flow.’ This section will help you control the visitor details that you intend to capture, e.g. basic details, photo, KYC documents, agreements that they need to sign, and welcome emails that are sent to the visitors.
Step 3: Then proceed to the second section, i.e., the ‘Purpose.’ Here you can choose the reason or purpose for their visit or add a more personal purpose.
Step 4: Then the next step is to generate a unique QR code for your visitors. A single QR code can help your visitors through various requirements. The same QR could be used to make a booking or enquiry, ask for support, or may be used to pay a visit. You can download the QR code for your workspace and share them with your visitors.
Step 5: The final stage is to configure ‘Sign-Out’ details. By selecting the ‘Self sign-out’ option, visitors can sign themselves out from your workspace once the meeting is done. Or, you can choose when they can leave by adding details to the ‘automatic sign-out’ option.
Also, you can allow your visitors a passcode entry to ensure a flexible and safe workspace. This will help them to have an authentic and seamless entry into your workspace.
