AI/ML Intern — AI Agents (AWNI)

About the role

Work on UrSpayce AWNI, our agentic-AI layer. You'll help build autonomous AI agents — AI receptionists, helpdesk and analytics copilots — that don't just answer, they act.

AWNI is UrSpayce's agentic-AI layer — AI receptionists, helpdesk agents and copilots that run workplace operations end to end.

What you’ll work on

• Build LLM-powered agents with tool-use, function calling and RAG over workplace data
• Design prompts, guardrails and evaluation harnesses for reliable agent behaviour
• Integrate agents with real systems — visitors, helpdesk and facilities APIs
• Improve retrieval quality: embeddings, vector search and chunking
• Prototype new agent skills and measure resolution and deflection rates

You might be a fit if

• Pursuing or recently finished a degree in CS, AI or a related field
• Strong Python and hands-on with an LLM API (OpenAI, Anthropic or open models)
• Understand prompting, RAG, embeddings and basic agent/tool-use patterns
• Can reason about evaluation and failure modes of LLM systems
• Bonus: LangChain/LlamaIndex, vector databases or fine-tuning experience
