Introduction to UrSpayce Directory Application

A directory helps you store profile information, email ids, and group addresses of employees and users in your organization. This information helps you have seamless communication with your users and allows them to have an integrated workplace experience, depending on their role

 

Let’s check how the Urspayce directory can help with all your contacts:

 

1.     Log In to your Urspayce account > Choose Directory Log from the left-hand bar.

You will land on your directory log page with the featured dashboard.

The dashboard will allow you to “+ Add employee” to your directory, which will be further displayed on your dashboard under the title “Total employee.” With the help of the ‘Action’ feature, you can either ‘View, Edit, Like, or Block’ any member of your workspace directory, depending on your role.

You can also check for the total number of your customers and vendors from the dashboard.

 

The “+ Add employee” section offers a “Save and Invite” feature. With this feature, you can add a new employee, and once you are done adding the details, you can save it while inviting that person to your workspace.

2.    The list of invited employees is in the second section of your workspace directory, under the head of ‘Invited.’

3.    The third feature of the UrSpayce directory is – Contacts. Here you can add the contacts of your employees, guests, or users. Later, you can search for them from the upper drop-down menu categorized as ‘Group.’ You can also search for them from the name bar present against the ‘group’ category.

4.    The fourth and final segment of the Directory is – Analytics
