Visitor Agreement, and Terms & Conditions for accessing the workplace during the check-in process

1Answer

When visitors check-in to your workplace using the Visitor application, they are presented with a default agreement with the terms and conditions for accessing the workplace. These terms and conditions are customizable to meet your specific needs.

The terms and conditions can include information about the acceptable use of the workplace facilities, the visitor's responsibilities inside the workplace or its legal perimeter, and any safety or security protocols that must be followed. Visitors must accept the agreement and abide by these terms and conditions before entering the workplace.

Customizable terms and conditions ensure that visitors are aware of their responsibilities while inside the workplace as laid down by you in the policy for acceptable use of your workplace, which can help reduce the risk of workplace misuse, accidents or incidents at the workplace other related risks. Additionally, having visitors accept terms and conditions through the Visitor Agreement can help demonstrate compliance with workplace policies and regulatory requirements.

The Visitor application also logs the acceptance of the terms and conditions, providing an audit trail that supports evidence for compliance with workplace policies and regulatory requirements.
