UrSpayce's Support application follows the best practices for storing and retaining support history and Personally Identifiable Information (PII) for internal and external users involved in support activities, such as employees and vendors.

We only collect the information necessary for our Customers to provide Support services for their workplace and ensure that it is stored securely. We store this information for as long as needed for our Customers to provide Support services or as required by law. When the data is no longer needed, it is disposed of securely.

We also follow industry-standard encryption and security measures to protect the Personally Identifiable Information (PII) of all the users involved in support activities and prevent unauthorised access or disclosure.
