The Setup Visitor Management page offers four broad levels – Visitor Sign-In Flow, Purpose, QR Code, and Sign Out.
Visitor Sign-In Flow – allows you to keep control of the visitor details that you intend to capture, e.g. basic details, photo, KYC documents, agreements that they need to sign, and welcome emails that are sent to the visitors.
Purpose - helps you select why your visitor is visiting you. You can add more reasons if you want to.
QR Code – is the unique code of your workspace through which you can generate bookings, book a visitor's visit, raise an inquiry, or ask for support. This QR can be further downloaded and shared with the associated party.
Sign Out – helps you to sign your visitors out. They can either self-sign out of your workspace, or you can add automatic sign-out and choose when they are signed out. By enabling Visitor passcode, you can enforce the visitors to authenticate using their unique passcode that is generated during the invitation process. This provides an additional layer of security during the visitor sign-in process.
You can further check the number of visitors who will visit you, those currently in your workspace, and those who have made appointments with you for later. You can also access your visitor history to learn about your visitors, check visitor analytics, block visitors, or check for blocked visitors from your UrSpayce Visitor Application.
