You can set up the UrSpayce visitor management to help manage your visitors while maintaining a record of your visitor information as they connect with you. This article will discuss how you can set up your visitor management with a seamless and professional sign-in experience at your workspace. You can start setting up your visitor management by following these steps.
- Please log in to the UrSpayce account using the link. It will direct you to your dashboard.
- From the left-hand bar, select “Visitor. If you are a first-time visitor, you must set up the Visitor Management account first. If the setup is not done, you will see the below screen. Click on 'Setup Visitor Management' to initiate the setup.
- You might also see the screen below. Here, you will land at the Visitor Log as the first section of Visitor. Scroll and select ‘Set-up Visitor Management. The Setting icon is also available towards the right corner as shown in the image below.
- The page has five sections – Reason, Visitor Sign-in-flow, QR Code, Slot Setup, and Sign-out.
- You can select the reason for your client's or visitor's visit from this default list. You can add more reasons for their visit from the ‘+Add more reasons’ option at the bottom.
- The second section of visitor setup is Visitor sign-in flow. Create a form you think best suits your sign-in requirements. Here, you can customize the whole form and create required and optional fields too. Some of the required fields can be visitors' primary details and vaccination status. If you need, you can also add or delete fields.
- The third section provides you with a unique QR Code. With this QR Code, visitors and employees can access the user interface for multiple purposes like booking, visiting, inquiry, support, or a combination of these. The populated QR thus will help access the UrSpayce User Interface post scanning it for that respective purpose.
For check-in, you can only select "Visitors" and share the QR Code with your visitors. This can also be printed and kept at the front desk for easy access.

- The fourth section introduces you to Slot Setup. You can share available slots for your visitors and the duration and reason to visit if you'd like. These details will automatically be saved in your calendar, thus offering you clarity on your future commitments.

- The final section is Sign-out. The Sign-out section provides you with three further options.
First is Self Sign-Out. This option will allow visitors to sign themselves out of your workplace using the same user interface.
The second option is Automatic Sign-Out. This option will allow you to choose when to sign your visitors out. Your visitors will be automatically signed out at that specific point in time.
You can customize it with the ‘Edit’ option in the corner.
And the final option is the Visitor Passcode. Turning this feature on will give visitors a passcode to ensure they have an authentic entry to your workspace.
